# Find Leads

> Pipeline expansion in-hub — search and enrich leads, then operate from the same Contacts and call desk.

**Find Leads** (Voice Desk, when entitled) extends top-of-funnel inside Mixr. Inbound remains the primary demand channel; Find Leads covers pipeline gaps, then hands off to Contacts, Desk Chat, Reminders, and Calls.

## Capabilities

* Search and enrich leads for outbound or nurture
* Feed Contacts / Groups without a separate list store
* Hand off to Desk Chat, Reminders, or the phone desk after engagement
