Call directions

Knowledge and tools configured here apply to both directions. Connect systems under Connections; enabled tools are live access on the call.

Service and clinical desks: encode cancel/reschedule and deposit rules in Knowledge. Sales: qualification and meeting booking. Care: check-in language plus Phone Line escalation.
