Automations

Automations (Scheduler) defines what runs after traffic hits Recents: summarize, sync Contacts, notify by email, recognize returning callers, and live-transfer inbound when escalation criteria are met. Open: mixr.network/agents/voice/scheduler?tab=automations Outbound cadence is configured under Reminders. Automations govern desk behavior around each call.

Recommended baseline

Enable auto-summarize and auto-update Contacts
Enable email after inbound where coverage is intermittent
Enable live transfer only after escalation is set on Agents → Phone Line
Add Reminders for outbound confirms and collections
